Dino Rush takes the classic side-scrolling runner idea, but trims away the clutter. You control a little light-blue dinosaur—very simple—but don’t be fooled by its cuteness. The goal is to keep running as long as you can, jumping over random obstacles that sometimes feel placed just to make you trip up at the last second. Controls are about as easy as they come: tap or click to jump, then time your moves so you don’t smack right into something. There’s not really any story here, it’s all about reflexes. Actually, what keeps me coming back is that old-school arcade energy it gives off. Everything speeds up before you’re ready for it and suddenly your hands are sweating. It gets fast—surprisingly fast—and there’s this satisfying rhythm once you get into it. Kids can play (nothing scary or confusing), but I noticed adults end up chasing those high scores too. There’s no big commitment; just restart when you crash. Sometimes it feels relaxing—until suddenly, well, it doesn’t! That part really matters, really. Give it a shot if quick runs and beating your own score sound fun. No complicated menus or upgrades here—just jump in (pun intended) and see how far your dino goes.

When I tried Dino Rush for the first time, I didn’t think much of it. Just a cute dinosaur hopping along? But after a few rounds—okay, more than a few—I started to get sucked in by how tight the timing feels once things speed up. The early game is breezy enough; it's easy to zone out for a bit. To be honest, though, I wish there was maybe one more mechanic thrown in? Maybe some power-ups or even just changing backgrounds would help mix things up after a while because if you're playing longer sessions, repetition sets in quickly. Still… that moment when you beat your old high score kind of pulls you right back for another go.
